This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Hauntedhavenkreations.ca (the “Site”).

Shipping
At Haunted Haven Kreations, we strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. You'll be presented with various shipping options, including local pickup.
Order Processing Time:
Standard Orders: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
Back Ordered Items: Back ordered items typically take 21 business days to process. You will receive an email to the address provided at check out when your item is ready to ship.
Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure safe delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.
Local Pickup:
Orders placed for Local Pick up are typically ready within 3 business days if placed during business hours. You will receive a notification to the email address provided at checkout when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Damage:

Shipping Delays:
With Canada Post being our primary shipper, the climate of shipping is uncertain at this time. We will contact you when we are able to provide a better estimate for items being shipped through Canada Post. At this time, we strongly encourage our customers to contact us and arrange for local pick up which is available in 3 locations to help serve you best. In the event of natural disasters or other unforeseen events causing delays, we will contact you with updates regarding your order.
